New York.. here I come!

Exactly a year ago, I took a quiz to help me figure out whether I am ready to compromise my comfort zone for New York City. Not that I am saying I ever doubted my love for the city itself. Today, I would like to announce that I am officially a New York resident. It feels like home.. the city is my happy place. Now I don’t know if it’s the shopping stores that make me happy there or the lounges, or the people..

Oh the joy of finding the perfect jeans that fit my body shape perfectly, and for less than $100. I know how daunting it can be to find the right pair of jeans, that’s why I wanted to share my finding with you. Again, this may not be the perfect fit for everyone but it’s worth trying.These straight jeans by [blank] only found at Urban Outfitters for $78 look great with flats or high heels. Because they are a bit looser at the ankles, though they could be worn inside a high boot, they may bunch up a bit. When worn with high heels, they elongate your legs and make you look slim and tall. I love them! Urban Outfitters has some other great jeans like BDG skinny or cigarette jeans for a very good price (less than $50) which could be worn with boots. Check them out.

Rain boots are a must this fall and winter because there is nothing worse than damaging your fine leather boots when walking in the rain or snow. Lauren Conrad Style book

Lauren Conrad.. yes I admit, I am a huge fan of her wardrobe. I mean a fan or not, she’s got style. I am not sure her book Style is any different than the Nina Garcia style book or any other styling book for that matter but hers has just come out on October 5th and if you are not convinced yet about investing your $19.99 (only $12 on amazon.com) on this book, hear what Lauren has to say in this video. It’s kinda funny and cute.
